Consat Orahi’s COMPASS program

Consat Orahi proudly announced the launch of the COMPASS Program, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders. As part of the prestigious International Interns Exchange Program (IIEP), COMPASS was designed to equip young professionals with essential skills and holistic development for the global market. 

The COMPASS Program, standing for Comprehensive Orientation, Mentorship, Professional Development, and Skill-building Sessions, was an 8-week intensive initiative combining technical training with personal growth, preparing participants for the challenges of a dynamic global business environment. 

COMPASS program highlights

  • Six Months of Technical Training: Interns received specialized training in Front End and Back End Development, Database Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI, ensuring they gained cutting-edge skills relevant to the tech industry.

  • Presentation to Jury: After six months, interns presented their acquired knowledge to a distinguished jury. Out of all participants, four were selected and awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, earning them a ticket to Sweden for an immersive learning experience.

  • Eight-Week Leadership Journey: The selected interns embarked on an 8-week journey, delving into modules designed to shape them into tomorrow’s leaders:  

    Module 1: Each intern received a book and presented their understanding to their peers. 

    Module 2: Discussion on current affairs and their impacts.

    Module 3: Viewing and analysis of various documentaries on subjects like history, financial, environment/climate etc.

    Module 4: Training on basic etiquette.

    Module 5: Introduction to Swedish culture.

    Module 6: Group discussions on various topics including cultural, factual, business/economy etc.

    Module 7: Comprehensive study about Sweden.

    Module 8: Detailed overview of all Consat projects.
